Healthy and Quick Chia Yogurt Snack

If you need a quick, healthy, and tasty snack, this chia yogurt bowl is a great choice. It’s super easy to make, keeps you full, and you can tweak it to your liking. I love prepping it the night before for a hassle-free breakfast, but it’s just as good fresh. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

  • 5.3 oz (150g) Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • A few drops of MyProtein Flavor Drops (cheesecake flavor) – or use honey, agave syrup, or any other sugar-free sweetener

  • Fruit of choice – I used frozen mixed berries and half a banana

Preparation:

  1. Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Add the chia seeds and sweetener, then mix well.

  3. Top with your choice of fruit. That’s it—enjoy!
